The government has limited the price of gas for bread, milk and oil producers: how much to pay

The Cabinet of Ministers has limited the markup on the supply of natural gas to producers of wheat flour, milk, bread, eggs, chicken and oil to no more than 24%. This was reported by UNN with reference to Resolution № 1435 of December 30, which was published on the Government portal.
Details
According to the government decree, for the period of quarantine (but not longer than April 30, 2022) the maximum level of surcharge to the price of natural gas of own production (excluding rent payments) is set at no more than 24% when delivered to food companies goods from the list of goods, in particular: wheat flour, milk, bread, eggs, chicken and oils.
The trade surcharge for the supply of natural gas of own production to meet the needs of these companies is set at a level not exceeding 1%.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has also added to the list of food products loaf and sunflower oil, the rise in prices of which businesses must declare in advance. Authorities also banned markups on the two products by more than 10 percent.
