And sometimes getting up early is not only pointless, but even harmful: systematic sleep deprivation can negatively affect your health and greatly damage your mood and nervous system, and this certainly will not help you get rich.

It is not so important what exactly it will be: you can simply reduce the usual portion (if, of course, before you bought not one horn, but several), and even completely abandon your favorite treats, replacing them with something more useful .
