According to the text of the resolution, the man is accused of failing to fulfill his responsibilities for the education and upbringing of four minor children. Children study in 2nd, 6th, 8th and 11th grades.
It is reported that two years ago they were transferred to home schooling, and when they returned to school in 2021 – they began to miss classes without good reason.
The ruling states that the father refused to have his children write tests, citing their free choice. Also in September 2021, the man wrote a statement to the principal to refuse his son’s certificate of graduation.

“Regarding the actions that led to his prosecution, he said that no one has the right to force his children to attend social schools, because he and his children are free people. The reason for this decision is the harmful impact on the formation of consciousness and health of children by social methods of influence, which is unacceptable and is the main cause of the devastation of nature by social people, “- said in a statement.
It is noted that the man deliberately waived the obligation to provide education for children, appealing to the school administration with appropriate statements.
