He added that penguins often push each other to jump into the water first, because the “daredevil” is most at risk of becoming a victim. So sometimes they can stomp on the shore for up to half an hour while the bravest dives into the ocean. Then others are rushing after him en masse.
Interestingly, in the water, penguins often try to save their friend, who fell into the mouth of a leopard. To do this, they begin to “turn” the circles near the predator so that he unclenched his jaw, trying to capture another prey.
