Very tasty recipe: meringue cake with walnuts and cream. The combination of meringue with nuts and condensed butter cream guarantees an amazing taste and gives a sea of pleasure.

Ingredients for meringue:
4 egg whites
200 g of sugar
half a teaspoon of lemon juice
150 grams of peanuts
pinch of salt
For the cream:
200 g of butter
1 jar of boiled condensed milk
To decorate the cake:
100 g of walnuts
150 grams of peanuts
Preparation:
- Add salt to the egg whites and beat with a blender for 2 minutes at maximum speed. Continue beating, gradually adding lemon juice and one tablespoon of sugar.
- Add 150 g of peanuts pre-fried in a dry pan to the meringue and mix gently.
- Cover the pan with parchment paper and use a detachable ring with a diameter of 18 cm to draw 3 circles on paper.
- Lay on meringue circles no more than 1 centimeter high. Send the meringue pan in a preheated 100 degree oven for 1 hour.
- To prepare the cream, beat the butter at room temperature. Add condensed milk and continue beating. Put the resulting cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Remove the cakes from the parchment and cool to room temperature.
- Slightly grease the cake dish with cream so that the first cake does not go on the plate. Alternately spread the cakes on the dish, lubricating them with cream.
- Sprinkle the top and sides of the cake with peanuts and decorate with whole pieces of walnuts.
- Send the cake for 3 hours in the refrigerator to soak a little cream
