Ingredients:
6 waffle cakes (120 g)
1 herring
300 g of mushrooms
2 bulbs
350 g of carrots
100 g of hard cheese
2 st. spoons of sunflower oil
mayonnaise – optional
Preparation:
- Chop 1 onion and pitted herring fillet in a blender.
- Cut the second onion into small cubes and fry in sunflower oil. Add the mushrooms and cook for 7-8 minutes, then grind the mushroom mass in a blender.
- Boil carrots and grate.
- Grease the first cake with herring mass.
- Cover the top with a second cake and grease with mushroom filling.
- The third cake should be greased with carrot mass, the fourth – herring.
- Grease the fifth cake with mushroom filling, and the sixth (last) – carrot.
- If desired, each cake can also be greased with a little mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle the finished snack cake with grated cheese.
