A total of 306,040,877 people have been infected with COVID-19 worldwide, of whom 258,978,101 have recovered. The death toll rose to 5,502,668.

The countries with the highest prevalence of coronavirus are the United States (60,954,028), India (35,528,004), Brazil (22,499,525), Great Britain (14,333,794), France (14,333,794), France (11,815,121), Russia (10,634,603), Turkey (9,916,703), Germany (9,916,725), Germany, Italy, 7,2,850,818 ), Spain (7,164,906) and Argentina (6,237,525).

According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health, 3,699,663 cases of coronavirus COVID-19 have been registered in Ukraine, of which 97,164 are fatal.
Respiratory disease COVID-19, an infection caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, was first detected in the Chinese province of Hubei in late 2019. Since then, the virus has been reported in 188 countries around the world, including Ukraine. The World Health Organization has recognized the spread of the disease as a pandemic since March 11 last year.
