To prepare you will need:
pomegranate – 1 pc. (200 g);
egg – 3 pieces in the dough and 1 egg for spreading buns;
sugar – 100 g;
butter – 50 ml;
dry yeast – 1 tbsp. l;
flour – 450-500 g;
sesame – to taste;
jam, chocolate paste – to taste.
Preparation:
Put pomegranate seeds, 3 eggs and sugar in a blender and grind until smooth.
Strain the resulting mass through a fine sieve to get rid of bones.
Add the melted butter and yeast to the bowl and stir.
Add flour in portions and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in a warm place for 1 hour, during which time it will increase in size several times.
Divide the dough into 9 parts, and form a ball from each.
Turn the ball into a cake with your hands, put the filling in the center to taste, it can be chocolate paste, your favorite jam. Form round buns.
Cover the buns with cling film and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes. Grease with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the buns in a preheated 170 degree oven for 30 minutes.
