In the “green” zone for the incidence of COVID-19 remained one region – the Ministry of Health

In general, the incidence rate of COVID-19 in Ukraine is 164 per 100,000 population, while the norm for the “green” zone is up to 75 per 100,000 population. All of the above indicates a worsening of the situation.
Currently, this figure exceeds the established level by 2.19 times, the situation has deteriorated slightly over the day.
Thus, while the day before in Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson oblasts the level of coronavirus incidence corresponded to the indicators of the “green” zone, today only Dnipropetrovsk region remains in this zone.
In general, the regions of the “orange” zone include Sumy and Kherson regions, all others – in the “yellow”. At the same time, in the Sumy region the detection rate of new cases of infection has been increased for several days, and in the Kherson region a surge in the dynamics of the level of hospitalizations has been recorded.
As of January 11, 2022, there are 12,291 COVID-19 patients in inpatient treatment in health care facilities designated to provide care to COVID-19 patients, which is 19.04% of the total number of allocated beds. (64,557) and 2,391 suspects. Including inpatient treatment are 402 children with COVID-19, which is 12.1% of the total number of allocated beds (3317) and 349 children with suspicion.

In Ukraine, there have already been 3.71 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19, an increase over the day, January 11, – more than 7 thousand, almost a third more than the day before. The number of survivors is higher than the number of new patients.
Over the last 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kyiv (1151), Ivano-Frankivsk (502), Kharkiv (457), Sumy (445) and Vinnytsia (435) oblasts.
