These 7 foods are best removed from your daily diet. Some foods are better not to eat every day.
It can be difficult to give up your favorite products, but for the sake of health, some of them still have to be removed from the shopping list,

Every year, thousands of top lists of the most harmful foods appear on the Internet: they are supposed to be feared and avoided in every way in your diet. However, in all this we often forget one important, if not decisive, nuance: everything is useful (almost), but in moderation.
And it’s not just that the consumption of any product in large quantities can adversely affect overall health: even a monotonous diet, if it is regular and infrequently changed, can harm our well-being, upset the balance of nutrients and, ultimately, to form hypersensitivity of an organism to food.
If you eat a varied and balanced diet, you automatically reduce the risk of deficiency of some vital nutrients and keep your metabolism in shape. We tell you in more detail about which products you should not get used to.
Cruciferous vegetables
No one disputes that antioxidant- and nutrient-rich vegetables such as cauliflower and broccoli should be included in the diet, but it is scientifically proven that excessive consumption of crucifers can cause hypothyroidism – a deficiency of thyroid hormones.
If you can’t imagine your life without cabbage, first try frying it in a pan or cooking it with another dish: this minimizes its digestible properties (in other words, the ability to increase the size of the thyroid gland).
Tuna
Tuna is rich in mercury, so its excessive consumption can lead to the accumulation of large amounts of this substance in the body and adversely affect the development of children, the health of pregnant women, as well as provoke heart attacks in adults.
Experts advise to consume light tuna and serve it on the table no more than once a week. And yes, you should not give up this type of fish at all, because it is extremely rich in protein: consumed rarely and in moderation, this product will be a nutritious addition to lunch or dinner.
Fruit strips
In recent years, fans of healthy eating and those who were looking for a useful alternative to coffee drinks, have found happiness in all sorts of fruit strips: you drink, get healthier, and most importantly – do not get fat. However, this is not entirely true. Of course, the difference between a piece of cake and a slice of fruit is obvious, but any fruit strip has a high sugar content and can hardly be a healthy substitute for a balanced dinner.
If you have already got used to daily trips for strawberry half-dessert, we recommend replacing the fruit version of the smoothie with a vegetable one – it will significantly reduce the amount of sugar consumed per day.
Dried fruits
Dried fruits are an ideal option for a pre-workout snack that will help you quickly and efficiently recharge your batteries for both cardio and heavier exercise. However, in any other case, it is important to keep in mind: all dried fruits (dates, figs, apricots, mangoes, berries, etc.) contain much more sugar than their fresh counterparts.
Although dried fruits often occur along with everything related to weight loss, they can nullify all your efforts to lose weight. So be careful: ¼ cups no more than twice a week – make it a rule, and your weight will be fine.
Muesli and cereals
It is difficult to find at least one pack or box of cereals that does not contain any form of sugar. We often eat them with milk for breakfast and quickly get used to them, forgetting that this mixture is a difficult test for the stomach.
Do you know how cereals become flaky? After all, in their natural form, they are not like that. Only after multi-stage processing cereals become flakes, but they often lose the lion’s share of useful nutrients. After all, every day for breakfast you enjoy a portion of processed and unnecessary carbohydrates, and it’s not a HLS, if you still go to it.
Canned tomatoes and tomato paste
The main problem with all canned foods is that the jar in which the product is stored can leave residual resinous substances that contain the synthetic estrogen bisphenol-A. Scientists have long discovered its role in the development of many diseases – from problems with the reproductive system to heart disease, diabetes and obesity.
Tomatoes themselves are known for their high acidity, and this is an excellent condition for the penetration of bisphenol in your food. Studies have also found that synthetic estrogen can inhibit the production of male gametes and lead to chromosomal damage in animal eggs.
Rice crackers and breads
Lovers of light snacks, your way out. Unfortunately, breads and crackers are not the products you can
and pamper yourself every day without any restrictions or consequences. Neither fats (which, by the way, are simply necessary for the normal functioning of the body), nor enough vitamins or minerals – this is certainly not enough for a balanced snack between lunch and dinner. After all, such a product is an ordinary refined carbohydrate, which is sprinkled with salt and flavored.
