As noted, last year there were 326 thousand appeals to the police on domestic violence, in 2020 – 209 thousand.
In addition, in 2021, 10% more administrative protocols were drawn up, 19% more urgent injunctions against offenders were issued, and the number of registered offenders increased by 11%.
“Traditionally, analyzing the statistics, we see an increase in the number of citizens’ appeals and increased police response,” said Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Kateryna Pavlichenko.
