A blogger from Dnipro showed how DCH Yaroslavsky is building a new airport passenger terminal
Oleksandr Yaroslavsky’s DCH group has started construction work on the second and third floors of the passenger terminal at the new Dnipro airport. The popular city blogger Artem Kostyuk, who monitors the progress of construction, told about it on his YouTube channel,

The building of the new passenger terminal will have 20 check-in counters and six boarding exits, three of which will be equipped with teletraps for disembarking and boarding passengers. Already completed by the builders of DCH Yaroslavsky, the first floor will house a check-in hall, luggage processing area, halls for domestic and international flights. The third floor is the departure area, where passengers will pass security control and go to the departure hall on domestic routes or follow the passport control of international flights.
The blogger’s videos were also published by local media. “Yaroslavsky’s DCH plans to complete the construction of a new terminal at Dnipro Airport at the end of 2022. However, it will be able to put it into operation only after the construction of the runway is completed,” the journalists said.
The new Dnipro International Airport is being built in the format of a public-private partnership. Alexander Yaroslavsky, as a private investor, is building an airport complex with all the infrastructure for passenger service and the work of specialized services due to his investments. And the state is building a runway and other aerodrome facilities as a strategic object with budget funds.
Last autumn, Yaroslavsky confirmed the realism of the completion of the construction of the Dnipro airport by the end of 2022, provided that the pace of construction of the airfield will not lag behind the pace of construction of the airport complex. At that time, DCN had completed 30% of the planned volume of general construction work. “The work is in full swing, I control the construction every minute and every hour,” Yaroslavsky told reporters during a visit to Dnipro.
