Rivne region may move to the “red” zone tomorrow
Rivne region may move to the “red” quarantine zone from January 25 due to the rapid increase in the incidence of COVID-19. This was announced by the first deputy head of the Rivne Regional State Administration Serhiy Podolin during a briefing .

“Bed occupancy has started to increase sharply. As of today, we have 34.7% of beds for patients with COVID-19. Last week it was 20-25%. The number of patients in need of oxygen has increased. According to him, tomorrow, January 25, a meeting of the State Commission on Technogenic and Environmental Safety and Emergencies will be held.
The Rivne Regional State Administration reported that 394 patients with COVID-19 had been registered in the Rivne Region over the past 24 hours.
2344 deaths caused by COVID-19 were registered in the region. A 63-year-old resident of the village of Serniki of Varas district, 72-year-old resident of Ostrog, 60-year-old resident of Novy Korets, 83-year-old resident of Silence of Rivne district.
126,247 people recovered. 237 inhabitants of the region overcame the disease.
1614 PCR tests and 129 rapid tests were performed during the day.

Ivano-Frankivsk region has moved to the “red” quarantine zone due to the deteriorating situation with the coronavirus.
