The developers of the American company Apple have added to the beta version of the software iOS 15.4 the ability to recognize the face in the mask.

As noted, the “unlock Face ID with mask” function will appear in the device unlock settings.
“For authentication, Phone will recognize unique facial features in the area around the eyes,” the statement said.
Some publications say that the new feature will be available only on iPhone 12 and iPhone 13.
