How much time do you usually spend on such a simple procedure as washing? A few seconds or about half a minute? It turns out that in both cases this is very little. Not enough time is spent on evening washing. It takes at least a minute for the product you use for the cleaning procedure to take effect. Apply foam, mousse or gel on the skin and massage the skin for about sixty seconds. You can even do it a little more intensely than you are used to, combining the process with a light facial massage.
But that’s not all! You need to spend a little more time to wash off the skin. Thirty seconds is enough to completely wash away the remnants of foam, gel or mousse, along with dirt, dust particles and skin flakes.
