It is believed that only good and just people deserve success, and swindlers and scoundrels will not achieve such heights. This statement sounds quite logical, but, unfortunately, the harsh reality unceremoniously makes its adjustments: justice does not smell here. Outright scoundrels (yes, the same people that no one likes) somehow incomprehensibly manage to take the leadership positions that many ordinary people dream of, and in general achieve some very sky-high heights, while good, simple-minded people can’t stand out for years.
The first reason: scoundrels think only of themselves
Most people for some reason believe that selfishness is awful, and the owner of such an “unenviable” quality is definitely not a place in modern society. There is probably a rational grain in this: it is unlikely that you will succeed if you, due to your selfishness, are not able to communicate properly with people – snobs, as a rule, no one likes.
However, selfishness has its positive aspects, which can not be forgotten, and this quality often allows outright scoundrels to achieve the goal: no matter how others favor simple, kind and responsive people who seem to deserve more success than the above unpleasant types, success often comes last.
The ability to think first of yourself and not of someone else helps the scoundrels get what they want more often than good and sensitive people who are constantly in a hurry to help someone, forgetting about themselves.
The second reason: good and sensitive people do not know how to insist on their own
The ability to insist on your own is an important component of success, no matter how insignificant it may seem to you. If you do not know how to convince others of your rightness, do not be surprised because you have not yet managed to make a career, and all your dreams of success in the future and remained dreams without a chance to ever come true.
The ability to insist on one’s own, most educated and decent people, seems outright impudence, and this is their mistake: this is not impudence, but only a way to achieve goals – not worse than others.
The third reason: the scoundrels are confident
Unlike the often complex “good guys”, scoundrels are usually confident: this is in most cases and allows them to succeed where good and sensitive people are embarrassed to tread on the ground.
This confidence, contrary to popular belief, does not depend on talents or any valuable personal qualities: a fool like a cork scoundrel can be as confident as his much smarter and smarter colleague did not even dream of. And while the colleague is silently, without a drop of displeasure engaged in paperwork, the stupid scoundrel due to his confidence is already “punching” his promotion to the boss. The presence of unshakable self-confidence is another good reason why scoundrels always seek more than ordinary, kind and sensitive people.
As you can see, the reasons why scoundrels succeed are quite important: often due to the peculiarities of education, ordinary people can not think about what scoundrels do without even thinking. To many, this state of affairs may seem unfair, but in reality it is not: to succeed, a person must have certain qualities – one “desire” is sometimes not enough. As you know, those who are considered vile by others, for the most part have the necessary qualities, but good and sensitive people, whom many carelessly admire, often do not have the necessary character traits, without which you can not succeed.
