Jane Manchun Wong, known for searching for experimental features in applications, has discovered the existence of the “Articles on Twitter” tab, according to Engadget.
The name itself means an extended format of the social network, which for a long time allowed people to publish only short text messages.
In recent years, Twitter has increased the character limit from 140 to 280 to give users more freedom in what they want to say. That is not always enough, the report said.
According to the report, it is also unclear whether the feature will be available to all, whether it will be widely released, or will be available only to Twitter Blue subscribers.
A Twitter spokesman told CNET that the company “is always looking for new ways to help people start and participate” and will share it with them soon.
