Experts have concluded that garlic becomes more useful if it is exposed to low temperatures.
As part of the experiment, scientists sent garlic to a chamber in which the temperature was about minus 60 degrees.
After two months, the plant was crushed and mixed with some compounds.
As a result, a mixture called LTAG was obtained.
It was decided to test the effect of this additive on laboratory rodents. One mouse was given a large amount of the component.
Other individuals received a small volume. The third rodents were left without garlic mixture and formed a control group.
Then the mice were periodically subjected to severe loads. A month later, the researchers decided to test for changes in the bodies of experimental rodents.
Individuals receiving LTAG were found to show better physical performance.
As a result, scientists have concluded about the benefits of frozen garlic to increase the effectiveness of exercise.
However, do not forget about some nuances. First, the results of the study are preliminary.
Secondly, experts have not yet explained the pattern.
