The fact is that soaking in cold water allows you to save a maximum of vitamins in the dish, but the procedure, which is performed in warm water, shortens the cooking process.
In the first case, you need to thoroughly wash the beans. After that, the ingredient should be placed in a saucepan and fill with water. At least three glasses of liquid should be taken for one glass of seeds.
It is advisable to leave the beans in the liquid overnight or for 24 hours, but the water should be changed every three hours.
The hot way does not require so much time.
