Eggplants
These vegetables are not dangerous for weight, but they, like a sponge, absorb fat and oil. And when you fry or bake them, along with healthy vegetables you get a glass of vegetable oil, also heated. It does not bring any benefit to the figure or health.
Zucchini

If you have problems with blood sugar or if you have a serious intention to lose weight, unfortunately, you will have to completely give up corn. This vegetable is too high in sugar, which can cause spikes in glucose levels and disrupt healthy insulin levels in the body. You should also be more careful with canned corn: each jar has a lot of sugar and salt.
