Ukraine Gate – Kiev – February 14, 2022 – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with German Chancellor Olaf Schulz at the Mariinsky Palace, German Chancellor Olaf Schulz again warned Vladimir Putin of imminent and immediate sanctions before his visits to Kiev and Moscow, and Schulz said both of his visits were aimed at securing peace in the face of a very serious threat.
The German chancellor also repeatedly said recently that Germany has provided 1.83 billion euros in aid to Ukraine since 2014 and is Kiev’s largest bilateral donor.
