Among the products important for the diet of hypotonics, doctors single out oily fish. It should be eaten at least three times a week, and preferably more often. It not only helps to increase blood pressure, but also strengthens the whole body: from muscles and bones to the brain and heart. The list of recommendations also includes products that contain starch. It is important that the starch is stable, otherwise such food will bring extra pounds instead of health benefits.
