A new city bus MAZ-303 was presented in Ukraine. The bus was presented by the Minsk Automobile Plant in 2019. It is noted that the bus has already passed certification in Ukraine.
MAZ-303 is the third generation of the city bus from the Belarusian manufacturer. The frame of the bus is made of corrosion-resistant steel. The outer side elements are made of aluminum. The roof, front and rear mask are made of plastic.
The bus interior is quite roomy. It is designed for 26 seats, in total it can carry 96 people. For people with disabilities, a retractable ramp with an electric drive is provided.
The bus is equipped with interesting features. For example, ports for charging tablets, heaters, air conditioning and air suspension of wheels.
A turbocharged diesel engine Mercedes-Benz OM 926 LA, which meets the Euro-5 standard, with a capacity of 285 horsepower, was installed at MAZ-303.
