Thus, according to CERT-UA, a message containing a threat of cyber attacks on February 22 was found on the Raidforums website at the link https: // raidforums [.] Com / Thread-Message-to-Ukraine.
The report referred to the lease of servers to prepare new attacks on the websites of the public sector, the banking sector, and the defense sector.
In the event of any cyber incidents, cyberattacks or suspicious actions on information and communication systems, the State Special Communications Service called on the CERT-UA Government Emergency Response Team to inform Ukraine.

Starting from the afternoon of February 15, 2022, there was a powerful DDOS attack on a number of information resources of Ukraine – the Ministry of Defense and PrivatBank, including Sberbank. The “Action” portal was also hit by a cyber attack.
