The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia recommended that the staff of the embassy in Ukraine take their families out of Kyiv.

The Georgian Foreign Ministry noted that the Georgian diplomatic mission in Ukraine continues its work.
“The head and staff of the Georgian diplomatic mission in Ukraine remain in place. Georgian diplomats were given only a recommendation if they wish to make a decision on the removal of families,” the statement said.
The OSCE condemned Russia’s decision to recognize certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine as independent and called for its abolition.
