The corresponding decision was supported by 335 people’s deputies. According to the decree supported by the Council, a state of emergency is imposed throughout Ukraine (except Luhansk and Donetsk regions, as well as the temporarily occupied Crimea) from 00:00 on February 24 for 30 days.
