As noted, the networks of mobile operators are stable, possible interruptions due to congestion of these networks.
There may be damage in areas where hostilities are taking place. In this case, the networks will be restored as soon as possible after the end of hostilities.
Currently, there is no information about significant damage that makes the networks impossible to operate.
We will add that since February 24 management of networks is carried out in an operational and emergency mode of management.
