Ukraine Gate – Kiev – March 1, 2022- Defense Minister Alexei Reznikov said in a statement posted on Facebook that the Ukrainian defenders in the east of the country had become an insurmountable barrier to Russian forces, greatly weakening the morale of the enemy.
“Thanks to the heroism of our defenders, new fronts are opening, where the enemy suffers losses. I want to celebrate our boys and girls in the East. They have become an insurmountable barrier to the enemy, which terribly demoralizes,” he said.
Reznikov also said that hundreds of thousands of people in Russia already knew that the authorities were lying to them, that there was no “special operation”, but that there was an “ordinary war of aggression” in which thousands of Russians were killed.
The minister noted that the resistance to war inside Russia is increasing every hour.
Reznikov stressed: “These days, Ukrainians are showing Russians how free people are different from slaves, and citizens are different from those enslaved by tyrants. And those who have been obsessed with the frenzied madman for years are now doomed to decades of salvation. Ukraine will win!” .
Russia reportedly launched a war with Ukraine on February 24 at the request of President Vladimir Putin. For the sixth day in a row, Russian forces are bombing and destroying key infrastructure, with missiles targeting residential buildings. Martial law was imposed in Ukraine and a general mobilization was announced.
