“Under martial law, the State Migration Service temporarily suspended the work of information and communication systems of the State Migration Service and the provision of administrative services, namely: issuance of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine and delivery of manufactured documents directly to territorial bodies; pasting a photo into the passport of a citizen of Ukraine upon reaching the age of 25 and 45, ”the statement reads.
