According to her, the grounds for opening cases by prosecutors of other countries are different, including the presence of migrants.

The first session of the International Criminal Court in The Hague in the case of Russia’s war against Ukraine took place on March 7.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs supported the initiative to establish a special tribunal to punish the leadership of the Russian Federation for its aggression against Ukraine. A coalition of states will set up the tribunal, while Ukraine will gather evidence of crimes.
