“On the morning of March 11, high-precision long-range weapons struck the military infrastructure of Ukraine,” said a spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry, Major General Igor Konashenkov.

He said military airfields in Lutsk and Ivano-Frankivsk had been shut down.
At the same time, Konashenkov did not mention the attack on the Dnieper, despite the fact that there are casualties in this city, and the purpose of the strikes was residential areas, not military facilities.
