Units of the Russian Federation, as indicated, are not able to conduct full combat operations. There is panic among the officers thrown by the top military-political leadership. The moral and psychological state of soldiers does not contribute to the tasks.
“As a result, we have the state flags of Ukraine and two armored personnel carriers over our settlements of Chernihiv region, which will now serve the benefit of the Ukrainian people,” the command added.
