President Volodymyr Zelensky considers the decision made the day before at the summit of European leaders on Ukraine’s integration into the EU to be insufficient. He stated this in a video message on Friday .

And who tried to make the wording insufficient – for Ukraine, Europe and our common freedom. How do we evaluate the decision? It’s very simple: you need stronger. According to him, it is necessary that the decisions of politicians coincide with the mood of them, the European peoples. And this mood, accordingly, demonstrates considerable support for Ukraine’s European integration.
“The decision of yesterday’s meeting of EU leaders now reaches the level of the European Commission. For implementation. For specific procedures. The European Union must do more. For Ukraine. And for myself, ”Zelensky added.
For its part, Germany has stated that there will be no accelerated procedure for Ukraine’s membership in the EU.
