Chernihiv without electricity and almost without water, gas and heat. This was announced in a video message by the head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration Vyacheslav Chaus.

“Chernihiv without electricity supply, almost without water supply, almost without gas supply, and almost without heat supply. Yesterday there were several attempts to restore electricity supply, they were successful, but the enemy interrupted the network again,” Chaus said.

According to him, today at 7 am all services will start work on restoring networks.
“I think there will be electricity today. There is no electricity, so water is being pumped very slowly from the water supply system,” Chaus said.
