The bill on business support passed a profile committee: what will happen to taxes and excise duty on fuel

The Tax Committee of the Verkhovna Rada approved the text of a new bill on business support (7137-d), an alternative to 7137, which includes rules on reducing VAT and excise duty on fuel. The member of tax committee, the people’s deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported about it .

“Our Verkhovna Rada Tax Committee unanimously approved the text of the new law on business support 7137-d. It will be adopted as a committee alternative to 7137, which includes rules on reducing VAT and excise duty on fuel,” Zheleznyak told Telegram.
Details
According to him, the main thing in the document: at the initiative of the government during martial law for big business will be significantly expanded the opportunity to use the single tax option:
- the limit was increased from 10 million to 10 billion;
- tax of 2% of turnover;
- removal of restrictions on the number of workers;
- removed restrictions on activities (except for excisable goods and gambling business)
- the government gets the right to determine the order of tax payment.
“The law expects a vote immediately on the basis and in general!” – the people’s deputy pointed out.
