Among the so-called “professional soldiers” of the Russian Federation are children born in 2002 and 2003. Putin and Shoigu sent them to the slaughter. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk .
I want to appeal to the mothers of Russia. You think that your children came to study, which will end soon in Belarus or the Crimea. In fact, they are in our captivity. And these are not officers – these are young conscripts. And this is also a crime. to send children to certain death, they didn’t even know what they were doing and singing.
All these crimes will form the basis of those tribunals that will be against those persons who ordered children from Russia to come here to kill Ukrainians, women and children, “she said.
Vereshchuk added that a new legal framework is being prepared, which will allow building an adequate system of work with Russian prisoners of war. The latter, as a result of successful military operations of the Armed Forces, is becoming more and more, says the Minister.
