Scientists from the University of Arkansas have developed an electrical circuit that converts the thermal motion of graphene into electricity. By installing it in the chip, you can ensure the generation of virtually unlimited amount of electricity.
In the new circuit, the two semiconductors are arranged in such a way that the electric current flows in opposite directions, but in different parts of the circuit. Due to this, it was possible to convert the alternating current of graphene into a pulsed DC, which performs the work by heating the load resistor.
In the future, the research team plans to determine the possibility of accumulation in the capacitor of the direct current created in the circuit. To do this, you need to create a similar device of small size.
