Ukraine Gate- Kyiv – March 17, 2022- Nouriel Arauz, head of the Panama Maritime Administration, announced that Russian forces had attacked three Panamanian-flagged civilian ships off the coast of Ukraine since the first day of the massive invasion, and these three ships were Namura Queen, Lord Nelson and Helt.
He stated that a foreign-flagged ship had sunk in the Black Sea as a result of the bombing by Russian forces, but the Panama Naval Administration has not yet released information about the casualties.
Two other ships, which were also damaged in the attack by the Russian fleet, are still afloat with extensive damage.
Nouriel Arauz said they only suffer material damage, and fortunately there are no casualties.
