There are currently no grounds for concern about nuclear safety at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. This was announced by the head of NEC “Ukrenergo” Vladimir Kudrytsky .

Kudrytskyi noted that work is underway to restore a reliable power supply scheme for the Chernobyl nuclear power plant so that the plant receives energy from at least two power lines.

The Russian occupiers again damaged the line to the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, which was repaired by Ukrenergo specialists.
Context
As a result of the actions of the Russian occupiers, the Chernobyl nuclear power plant was de-energized on March 9, as a result of which all objects of the exclusion zone were left without electricity, Energoatom said.
On March 10, it became known that the IAEA had stopped receiving data from the safeguards systems in place to monitor nuclear material at the Chernobyl and Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plants.
On March 13, power was restored at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, allowing the cooling systems of spent nuclear assemblies to operate normally.
Petro Kotin, the head of NNEGC Energoatom, said that the Russian occupiers were using the Zaporizhzhya NPP as a military base, as well as the Chernobyl NPP.
