Ukraine Gate- Kyiv – March 17, 2022- The Russian military shot civilians in the city of Meriva in the Kharkiv region on the night of March 17, killing 21 people and wounding 25 others.
A criminal case was opened in the Public Prosecutor’s Office because of the bombing, and it is related to an article on the violation of the laws or customs of war, as well as premeditated murder, and a pre-trial investigation is currently underway.
