The National Bank of Ukraine has already transferred over UAH 11.9 billion to the military, and only UAH 86 million remains in this special account, the NBU reported .

As it is noted, about 12 billion hryvnias in equivalent have been transferred to him since the opening of the special account. And the NBU in general transferred more than UAH 11.9 billion to the needs of the military.
Almost UAH 3.6 billion in foreign currency came from abroad.
As for the account for humanitarian needs, as of March 17, the balance on this account of the Ministry of Social Policy amounted to UAH 282.4 million. “This is the total amount transferred to the account from the date of its opening (March 1, 2022),” the NBU added.
In particular, almost UAH 143 million in equivalent came from abroad in foreign currency (US dollars, euros, pounds).

According to the Ministry of Culture, 150 million for the Ukrainian army has already been raised through the “Action”. More than 160,000 Ukrainians have already sent applications to support the army. All donations go to the army’s fund “Come back alive”, they will buy helmets, bulletproof vests, night optics and other necessary things for our military to fight the enemy.
