It is noteworthy that the head of state will speak at a joint meeting of the House of Representatives and the Senate in the Italian Parliament building.
Earlier in the German Bundestag, President Volodymyr Zelensky called on Germany to show leadership in ending the war and breaking the wall between freedom and slavery that divides Europe.
