The Russians destroyed more than 20 houses and infrastructure facilities in Severodonetsk and Rubezhnoye overnight. This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Serhiy Haidai in the Telegram .

Artillery and volley fire systems of the Russian army targeted civilians in Severodonetsk during the evening and night of March 17-18.

“Unfortunately, we already have two dead and four wounded. There is no gas or water in some houses near the shelling – we will try to fix it as soon as possible. However, you will not return human lives,” Serhiy Haidai said.
In the evening, the enemy hailed the old districts of Severodonetsk, as a result of which six infrastructure facilities, two houses and garages were damaged or destroyed.
Ten houses and a shop were set on fire in Rubizhne overnight. There are two wounded.
