Ukraine Gate- Kyiv – March 19, 2022- Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal stated that gas stations have reduced their prices to at least 5 hryvnia, and are also working to abolish the excise tax and reduce the value-added tax rate on fuel, bringing the reduction in the price of both gasoline and diesel to 10 hryvnia per liter.
A number of decisions were taken in Ukraine during martial law to regulate fuel prices.
Shmygal said that all fuel imports are currently coming to them from Europe, and that 1,000 tons of fuel have already been imported into Ukraine under the new rules, and only volumes will increase, and at the same time prices will stabilize.
