The ministers noted that in view of the Russian offensive, it is necessary to continue to strengthen sanctions. The heads of foreign agencies expressed their support for the IAEA’s proposals to strengthen the protection and security of Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
In addition, during the telephone conversation, the ministers discussed preparations for the meeting of NATO and G7 heads of state and government, as well as the US President’s participation in the European Council, which should mark close coordination between NATO and the European Union.
