You can bake dessert for tea in just 30 minutes. For this recipe, you can take cheese and sour cream of any fat content: the fewer problems, the better.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
200 g of cheese
140 g of wheat flour
120 g of sugar
40 g of melted butter
2 st. l. cream
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Step by step preparation:
- Pour the cheese into a bowl and beat the eggs. Here we send granulated sugar and vanilla sugar, add melted butter, sour cream, salt. Beat the whole mass well with a blender. It is important to use a blender to make the mass homogeneous, so the cupcakes will rise better during baking and will be tender.
- Sift flour and at the same time add baking powder. Knead the dough and transfer to molds. Fill the forms by 2/3, because during baking the dough will increase in volume.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C. If desired, you can make one large cake, but baking can take longer. Watch the tops of the cupcakes – when they start to turn golden, you can turn them off. Readiness can be checked with a wooden toothpick.
