On March 23, Biden arrived in Brussels to attend summits on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
As it became known earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will speak at an extraordinary summit of NATO leaders.
The European Council will take place on 24-25 March. In particular, Ukraine’s membership in NATO is not on the agenda of the Alliance’s summit, but they will discuss strengthening support for the country.
