Russian President Vladimir Putin has personally approved the participation of Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich in Russia’s negotiation process with Ukraine. This was reported by the Financial Times, citing two sources .

According to the publication, Abramovich met with a high-ranking official from the office of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to assist in organizing the negotiation process of delegations.

According to the publication, he focused on humanitarian issues and held meetings with possible mediators, including German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder and the head of the Russian delegation, Vladimir Medinsky.
