Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov said on the telethon that the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kyiv region had launched a counteroffensive and that the settlements had been liberated.

“In some areas, we are launching a counteroffensive. Moreover, this counteroffensive is absolutely productive. We are destroying and there are now liberated settlements in the Kiev region,” Danilov said.
The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council added that there is a clear understanding of what is happening in Kharkiv region.
