The Command of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces has changed its rhetoric about the goals of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, according to the Center for Combating Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
In particular, the Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Federation Serhiy Rudsky promotes the narrative that the main goal of the “special operation” in Ukraine is the complete liberation of Donbass. Rudsky has not mentioned the “denazification” and “demilitarization” of our country for the last few days.
In addition, the international department of propaganda media RIA publishes a map showing that the Russian occupiers have not carried out an offensive in any direction for two weeks.
Moreover, the propaganda map shows clusters of Ukrainian servicemen near Ukrainian settlements temporarily blocked by the occupiers.
“These facts may indicate that the enemy is gradually changing the information base for the Russian population. As the “special operation” did not follow the scenario planned in the Kremlin, the Russians are being prepared for less grand “victories”, according to the JRS at the National Security and Defense Council.
